Autonomous transport vehicle

ROBO-EKO AGV T1500
Autonomous. Safe. Durable.

Depending on the navigation and safety systems installed, it is capable of navigating in areas where the presence of people or other equipment is permitted. The vehicle has a modular design.

01

POSSIBILITY TO WORK OUTSIDE

The vehicle is designed to operate in outdoor conditions, which sets it apart from other autonomous industrial vehicles. Crossing between halls on uneven terrain is not a major problem for it.

02

TIME SAVING

When using a battery swap station, the vehicle doesn’t waste time charging. It takes a few minutes to replace the battery, and charging is done directly at the charging station. Implementing this solution saves a lot of valuable time.

03

Reliable safety system

The safety system is based on components from manufacturers who are leaders in the industrial machinery safety industry. The vehicle meets all necessary safety standards and directives.

04

WORKING BETWEEN PEOPLE WITHOUT PHYSICAL BARRIERS

Thanks to the synergistic combination of multiple navigation systems, the use of an extensive “safety” system as well as obstacle avoidance and routing algorithms, the vehicle is able to navigate and operate in a mixed environment surrounded by people, without posing a threat to the environment as well as the cargo being transported.

05

STATISTICS AND ROUTE OPTIMIZATION

The vehicle management system keeps real-time statistics on the movement of vehicles on routes. On the basis of “heat maps” it determines the areas where the most unfavorable events for cargo transportation time occur. Thanks to this, it is able to inform the user about the possibility of choosing a more optimal route at a given time of day.

06

AUTOMATIC VEHICLE ENERGY MANAGEMENT

The vehicle management system monitors the current state of the batteries in the vehicles and the battery exchange station at all times. As a result, the system is able to automatically select and assign a vehicle to a task assigned by the user so that the vehicle has a sufficient supply of energy to perform the assigned task. In addition, if the system detects a supply of charged batteries at the swap station and undercharged batteries in the vehicle, it will assign the battery swap task itself, provided that the vehicle does not currently have another task assigned.
